I can facilitate sessions via Zoom, in your home, or in my home overlooking the Essex countryside with tea and cake.

2 x 3 hour sessions for birthing person and birth partner/s.

£300 including an 80 page guide created by The Essex Birth Company, plus VBAC specific relaxation scripts

With the option to add birth pool and TENS machine hire

Your rights: Understand your options for VBAC, HBAC and choosing your ideal place of birth.

 

Emotional wellbeing: Explore your feelings and emotions surrounding a VBAC, including reflections on your previous birth experiences. Kirstie, with her expertise as a life coach, trainee counsellor, and trauma specialist, will support your emotional health.

 

Safety and research: Learn about the latest research, safety statistics, and risks, including those associated with uterine rupture and continuous monitoring.

 

Personalised care: Learn about the NHS’ Personalised Care and Support Plans and building a supportive NHS care team tailored to your needs.

 

Coping mechanisms: Discover various coping strategies such as TENS, aromatherapy, massage, breathing techniques, water therapy, affirmations, medical pain relief options, and ways to increase oxytocin. Learn what not to use for VBAC births.

 

Birth hormones: Understand the hormones involved in birth and how to naturally enhance those that support labour and birth.

 

Biomechanics and foetal positioning: Learn about biomechanics for birth and optimal foetal positioning to facilitate a smoother labour process. Prevention is better than cure and having a well aligned baby is ideal!
