Pregnancy Yoga…with a Doula twist!

Our personalised pregnancy yoga sessions are friendly, informal, and supportive, making them the perfect space for your questions about pregnancy, birth, and babies. No previous yoga experience is required.

 

Each session will be tailored to a specific theme or focus on relaxing, pregnancy-specific yoga. Themes might include yoga for sleep, back pain, pelvic floor strengthening, active birthing, optimal foetal positioning, boosting energy, and more.

Sessions may include asana (positions), pranayama (breathing techniques), and guided relaxation.

After yoga, we can chat about anything related to your pregnancy, birth, and journey into parenthood. This is a safe space to share your thoughts and fears.

As a birth and postnatal doula, mum, infant feeding peer supporter, trauma practitioner, hypnobirthing facilitator, trainee counsellor, and all-around birth enthusiast, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. I would love to support you and discuss any aspect of your journey.

 

The Essex Birth Company will provide all necessary props, including a yoga mat.

Please ensure you are dressed comfortably, can move freely, and have a water bottle with you.

I can facilitate sessions in your home or in my home overlooking the Essex countryside. We may even be able to head out in to the garden if the weather allow to make the most of the views.
