This sequence is suitable for trimesters 2 and 3 of your pregnancy and I use it regularly during my pregnancy yoga classes. It only contains seated asanas and on hands and knees. It’s focusing on stretching and mobilising the spine and should feel lovely, relaxing and gentle. If my yoga or doula clients are suffering from an aching back I recommend these moves, and I’ve had some great feedback afterwards.
