Today’s pregnancy yoga taster is the seated sequence.and this is part 5 of 6 videos in the set. This section can be practiced after the warm up, all fours, kneeling, and standing sequence, to form part of a longer practice or just with the warm up. Next time we’ll finish up with a lovely relaxing savasana.
