Today’s yoga taster is a chair sequence, so it’s gentle and with late pregnancy in mind. You can also practice this is trimester 2 but you may want something a little more dynamic for earlier on. Chair yoga is becoming more popular to support people who are after some gentle movement and who may be limited in ability. Using a chair as a prop can help support your body in positions that would otherwise have been impossible and help to keep you safe and stable. I hope you enjoy this relaxing practice!
