This year I have been really busy working on adding extra packages and services to my offerings via Breathe Birth Yoga.
I love to teach and empower people to have their best births possible. SHaring what I've learnt over the years is my true passion. All people are different and all births are different, which has led me to creating a range of different packages.
In the near future I hope to create a caesarean birth workshop and some packages including hypnobirthing, so watch this space! In the mean time I’ve listed below some information about the packages I’m offering right now.
I can now offer a whole host of workshops to support you through your pregnancy, your birth and your postnatal period. I'm really looking forward to teaching my Birth to Baby Workshop and a Home Birth Preparation Workshop again next week.
Birth Preparation Workshop
Do you feel prepared for birth? Have you made an informed birth plan? Do you know that induction and vagina exams are optional? Are you heading into your birth experience feeling confident?
If you’ve answered no to any of these questions it would be great to arrange a birth preparation session with you. It will contain all of the information that I share with my birth doula client, plus a little bit extra because I won’t be with you during the birth.
A birth preparation workshop would include a handbook and 4 hours of face to face discussions, a few of the topics we will cover are listed here but the session will be bespoke to your needs (2 x 2 hour sessions):
Birth physiology
The hormones of birth
The pain cycle
The path to birth
Top tips for birth partners
Birth preferences – What do you really want?
Optimum foetal positioning
Upright birthing, labour & birth positions
Biomechanics for birth demo
Massage
Breathing for birth
Aromatherapy for birth
TENS machines
Birth affirmations

Water birth
What if plans change?

Postnatal Planning Workshop
Do you know about the forth trimester? Do you know about caring for your baby’s umbilical cord or when to give them their first bath? Have you thought about your own needs and emotional well-being?
I would schedule this workshop whilst you’re still pregnant and make a bespoke and comprehensive plan for your postnatal period. People often think about their pregnancy and worry about their birth, but often forget about the time after the baby has arrived. It’s a time of big changes for you and your family, but with a bit of planning you can enjoy a happy and successful postnatal period.
A postnatal preparation workshop would include a handbook as well as a postnatal wellness book to complete, and a 4 hour face to face discussion, a few of the topics we will cover are listed here but the session will be bespoke to your needs (2 x 2 hour sessions):
Breastfeeding attachment / latch / positions
How can I tell if breastfeeding is going well?
Expressing and storing breast milk
Hunger cues
Formula feeding
Sleep and realistic expectations
Sleep safety
Vulva and vaginal care tips for post birth
Diastasis recti
Your pelvic floor and breathing
Postnatal depression
General baby care (practical elements)
Skin to skin & baby wearing
Investment £250
Birth to Baby Workshop
This package contains everything in the Birth Preparation Workshop, as well as the Postnatal Planning Workshop plus loads more. I’m going to keep some of the topics a surprise unless you email to ask me for the content! There is a handbook included and 9 hours of discussions (3 x 3 hour sessions).
We will also produce a bespoke Wellness Support Plan for yourself and your family (a well-being workbook will be provided). If you decide to book this full package you will feel confident through your pregnancy, through your birth and well in to the postnatal period.
Investment £475
Home Birth Preparation Workshop
Do you know your rights to home birth? Do you worry it’s not safe? Do you think it might be messy?
If you’re considering home birth why don’t you book a preparation workshop! You’ll feel empowered and confident to birth your baby in your own home.
These sessions are similar to the Birth Preparation Workshops, but have a heavy focus on birthing at home.

I'm adding packages and offerings all the time but if there's anything you'd like me to add I'd be more than happy to consider it, please feel free to ask. Everything I offer has a bespoke element to it, if you want to know more about medical pain relief than I would generally talk about then that's fine, we can expand on any areas to support your individual needs.
For more information about any of the services I offer please get in touch. Please email at kirstie@breathebirthyoga.co.uk or complete the contact form on my website
I look forward to hearing from you soon
