Birth & Postnatal Workshop

Pregnancy, birth, and becoming a new parent can seem like an overwhelming journey into the unknown.

Do you know what to expect from labour and birth? Are you clear about your rights and choices? Are you worried about caring for a new-born baby? Maybe you want to breastfeed but don’t know much about latch and attachment.

It doesn’t have to be a time of anxiety and fear. With some preparation and support, you can approach this transitional period with excitement and joy. With Kirstie's qualifications as a life coach, doula, trauma rewind practitioner, and trainee counsellor, she creates a fully holistic and bespoke workshop.

During this comprehensive workshop, we will cover everything included in The Essex Birth Company's Birth Preparation Workshop and the Postnatal Planning Workshop, plus additional content to support your journey.

By the end of our time together, you will feel confident about your pregnancy, knowledgeable about your labour and birth, and excited about the postnatal period. Kirstie is also an experienced infant feeding peer supporter, which can be very helpful.

Join us for this extensive workshop and empower yourself for a positive and informed experience during this special time.
